My K6 · Kingrinder K6
Ring numbered 0-90 per rotation in steps of 10 (major marks at 10/20/30/..., dots at 5-unit increments = 1 click per unit, 10 clicks between each major mark), wrapping back to 0 after 100 clicks. A small sub-indicator below the ring tracks completed full rotations. Total setting = (rotations x 100) + ring position. Currently brewing at 120 total clicks (1 full rotation + 20) -- method/bean not yet logged as a brew.

1Zpresso K-Ultra
48mm conical · Dual-stage adjustment: coarse outer ring plus a numbered fine inner dial for micro-adjustment.
Zero the same way (close burrs until they touch), then log BOTH the outer ring position and inner dial number together -- the inner number alone isn't reproducible without the outer ring position.
Kingrinder K6
48mm stainless conical · Stepped click-adjustment collar, no absolute zero printed on the unit.
Find this units own zero point by closing the burrs until they just touch -- that position is "0" for this grinder, not a published number. The adjustment ring itself is numbered 0-90 per rotation in steps of 10 (10-unit major marks, 5-unit dots), wrapping every 100 clicks, with a separate sub-indicator tracking full rotations -- total setting = rotations x 100 + ring position, read this directly rather than hand-counting clicks. Log the total count, but treat absolute numbers (yours or from any published chart) as meaningless across different units -- only this units own zero point and its own brew history are reliable reference points.
